The Scientific Program of the conference consists of Plenary Lectures, 
                Poster presentations, Workshop and a Field Trip. A number of Keynote 
                addresses will be given by eminent scientists, on subjects relevant 
                to the theme of the conference. These will take place in the first 
                session and will be allocated 25 minutes each. 
                Technical presentations will be made in different  sessions on  Monday 24th to Tuesday 25th November, 
                2008. The daily program will run from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM with 
                a lunch break from 12:30 AM to 2:00 PM. There will be coffee breaks 
                of 15 minutes midway each session. Eight presentations are expected 
                to be delivered during each  session. The time allocated 
                for each will be 15 minutes followed by five minutes for discussion. 
            
The oral presentations and posters are expected to deal with the following disciplines:

- Direct Use:
 Agriculture, Aquaculture, Mineral extraction, Manufacturing, Air conditioning
 etc.
The closing session is planned for the afternoon of Tuesday 25th November, 2008. The detailed conference program and the list of speakers and presenters will be provided in the last circular, planned to be issued at the end of October 2008.
Presentations
There will be oral and poster presentations.
Oral presentatons
Each oral presentation will take 15 minutes duration with an addition of 5 minutes for discussion. The time allocated will be strictly observed.
Poster presentations
Enough space will be availed for presentation of posters. The necessary material for fixing the posters will be available at the registration desk.
